About Dr. Abhinayaa Eswaran

I am Abhinayaa Eswaran, an Ayurvedic Physician and Yoga Teacher dedicated to integrating the profound wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga into contemporary living.

My vision is to cultivate awareness about Ayurveda—not merely as a system of medicine, but as a holistic science of life designed to empower individuals to lead a fulfilling and qualitative existence in alignment with the four Purusharthas:

  • Dharma (righteous living)
  • Artha (prosperity)
  • Kama (fulfilment of desires)
  • Moksha (liberation)

Ayurveda and Yoga are not just healing modalities; they are superior sciences—Shastra, as they are rightly called. These time-honored disciplines, propounded by great sages, offer a comprehensive blueprint for health, longevity, and self-discovery that extends far beyond mere treatment.

Ayurveda is a science of longevity and well-being that emphasises living in harmony with diurnal, seasonal, and environmental rhythms. By fostering a disciplined approach to life, Ayurveda empowers individuals to maintain optimal health, vitality, and resilience against ailments.

As Swami Vivekananda said, “Knowledge is power”. I believe knowledge is the most precious gem. By imparting this wisdom, individuals gain the ability to understand their bodies at a profound level, fostering conscious awareness that helps prevent numerous lifestyle disorders.

Yoga complements this journey by facilitating deep introspection of the mind, leading to self-discovery. The inward journey cultivated through Yoga serves as a gateway to a purpose-driven life rooted in clarity, stability, and inner harmony.

Ayurveda upholds Ahara (food), Nidra (sleep), and Brahmacharya (discipline of senses and mind) as the three fundamental pillars of life. Yet in modern times, we find ourselves increasingly disconnected from these principles. This deviation has led to widespread imbalances affecting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Restoring these pillars to their rightful place in daily life is essential for achieving holistic health, vitality, and a harmonious existence.

My Approach as a Physician

I am a general Ayurvedic physician qualified to treat all types of diseases. My clinical training and experience enable me to address a wide spectrum of health conditions, from acute and chronic ailments to preventive health.
I specialise in helping people reverse lifestyle disorders—including metabolic diseases, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, and other chronic issues that are increasingly common in today’s world. Many of these conditions are psychosomatic in nature, rooted in the complex interplay of body and mind.

My practice combines evidence-based Ayurvedic medicine, personalised diet and lifestyle guidance, therapeutic Yoga, and Naturopathy to offer holistic, sustainable solutions for my patients’ unique needs.

My Journey with Yoga

Yoga came into my life when I was a child. My father suffered from low back pain, and we were introduced to a yoga teacher who taught classes at our home. I witnessed firsthand how yoga healed, and from early on, I saw yoga not merely as physical exercise, but as a powerful tool for healing.

Though as an active child it was difficult for me to restrict myself to the mat, as I grew older I found myself deeply drawn to the philosophy of yoga, especially the Patanjali Yoga Sutras. Being a devotee of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, my regular visits to Ramakrishna Mission and satsangs further deepened my spiritual journey and drew me naturally toward the deeper dimensions of yoga and self-inquiry.

When I began studying Ayurveda, I realised that Yoga is inseparable from Ayurveda. During my clinical practice, I observed the accelerated healing in patients who regularly practiced yoga or were introduced to it for therapeutic purposes—compared to those relying on non-yogic approaches.
This experience solidified my conviction that Ayurveda and Yoga must go hand in hand to support true healing and well-being.

My Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.)
  • Diploma in Meditation and Yoga
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga
  • 500-Hour Teacher Training in Yoga
  • Diploma in Naturopathy

My Commitment

Through my practice, I aim to guide individuals toward reversing diseases, restoring balance and enhancing their quality of life by integrating the time-tested principles of Ayurveda and Yoga.
My goal is to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom, cultivate conscious living and experience the fullness of life with confidence, ease and grace.

Our Name & Motto

Poornasiddhi means ‘complete attainment’—the fulfilment of health, wisdom, and well-being in all dimensions of life. It reflects our belief that true healing is holistic, embracing not just the body but also the mind and spirit, helping each person realise their fullest potential.
Our motto, “Bheshajam Roga Bhayam Jayati,” can be understood as:

“Medicine is that which conquers the fear of disease.”

When someone falls ill, it's not just the body that suffers. There is often fear—fear of pain, uncertainty, limitation, even mortality. This fear itself can be as debilitating as the disease, unsettling the mind and body, creating restlessness and blocking healing.
Medicine, in its truest sense, is anything that helps overcome this fear. It isn’t confined to herbs, pills, or procedures. It also includes knowledge, self-awareness, discipline, mindfulness and practices that channel the mind toward calm and strength.

At PoornaSiddhi, we hold that knowledge is power - the power to overcome the Shadripu, the six internal enemies of the mind (lust, anger, greed, attachment, pride and jealousy). By empowering ourselves with understanding, discipline and mindful practices, we can conquer fear, cultivate balance, and nurture true health. Through Ayurveda and Yoga, we strive to guide you toward a state where knowledge banishes fear, wisdom empowers choices and health becomes a harmonious, natural way of being.
